The book provides an overview of the latest findings in flow research within various fields, including social psychology, neuropsychology, performing arts and sports, education, work and everyday experiences. It integrates the latest knowledge from experimental studies of optimal experiences with the theoretical foundations of psychological flow that have been established over the past few decades.
