In doing so, they validated the Team Flow Monitor as an instrument to measure team flow and additionally tested whether team flow potentially leads to both individual and team outcomes. An interesting finding within this research is that the conditions for team flow together lead to better team performance, and the experience of the team flow moment leads to greater individual happiness. The collective ambition of Solar Team Eindhoven

Flow Concepts was approached last year to act as team flow coach for the members of Solar Team Eindhoven. It is very nice to see how they strive to maintain a team flow climate, and we are very curious how the elements from the Team Flow Model are reflected here. Therefore, we asked two team members to share their experience with us.

The Palgrave Encyclopedia of the Possible

For The Palgrave Encyclopedia of The Possible, we were asked to write the contribution on FLOW. Jef van den Hout & Orin Davis once again joined forces and together produced this beautiful publication. The context outlined is that of the Solar Team Eindhoven. It then explains in an accessible way the importance of experiencing both flow and team flow to achieve something insanely beautiful!
