The Team Flow Trajectory is a cyclical process approach consisting of six steps to help teammates experience more team flow.
This trajectory helps participants understand and create the conditions for team flow.
You’ll be guided by a certified Team Flow Coach who is thoroughly trained in our scientific team flow theory, model, and practical application tools.
The Team Flow Model clearly and simply outlines what your team needs for enjoyable and effective cooperation. It’s especially useful for those who often work in changing groups on joint workplace projects. Entrepreneurs, managers, coaches, or facilitators can also easily use this model to inspire and positively impact their entire staff.
Explanation per step
It is a cyclical process approach to help participants experience more team flow. It makes participants aware of the conditions for achieving team flow and gives suggestions on how to shape it together.
The team flow process starts with some preliminary interviews with team members and, if present, the manager involved.
During an inspiration session, we clarify what team flow is and what it can bring to the team. In addition, we offer the team a team flow experience with a fun team activity.
Next, we deploy the Team Flow Monitor to visualize the conditions under which team flow occurs.
During a diagnostic session with all team members, we determine what improvement actions (or interventions) will be implemented to optimize the collaborative climate.
Then the planned improvement actions (interventions) are implemented.
Once improvement actions are complete, the Team Flow Monitor is used again to assess their effectiveness. This post-test provides valuable input for future improvements, thereby activating a continuous team flow cycle.
