Certified Masterclass in Team Flow Dynamics

This intensive two-day master class brings together entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, HR professionals and creatives to understand the dynamics of optimal performance. You will learn the science behind flow and team flow and how to apply it to the practice of professional organizations.

Training form

The training is offered via a two-day meeting at an inspiring location. The training is a dynamic mix of theory, practical examples and hands-on exercises with the tools offered. There is ample opportunity for reflection and asking questions. After the training there is an online return day to support implementation in practice.

The master class includes:

One-on-one coaching sessions to help you apply theory and methods optimally.

A personal intake interview to determine your learning goals.

Access to online e-learning modules, a community platform and a knowledge base with articles and practical tools.

Program

Day 1: Team Flow Fundamentals

  • Morning: Introduction to flow and team flow theory within positive organizational psychology. Emphasis is on the scientific foundations and the six building blocks of team flow.
  • Afternoon: Participants play the Team Flow Game and participate in a Team Flow Experience to experience the theory in practice. We reflect on this experience using the Team Flow Model and the use of the TeamFlow® App.
  • The day ends with a communal dinner.

Day 2: How to Spark Team Flow

  • Morning: Instruction on using the Team Flow Canvas as a kickstarter for new projects. You will learn how to guide teams through the first phase of a team flow project.
  • Afternoon: We discuss basic interventions and the use of tools such as the Team Flow Quick Scan and Team Flow Monitor to improve collaborative climate.
  • The master class will conclude with a certificate ceremony and celebratory drinks.

Return Day (Online)

  • An online return day is scheduled approximately 3 months after the training.
  • Participants share their experiences and challenges in applying the learned tools in their own practice.
  • There is room to discuss case studies and answer questions. The group discussion provides additional insights and strengthens the community.

Investment

The investment for this master class to become a Certified Team Flow Facilitator is € 1,900.00 excluding VAT. The price includes training materials, coffee, tea, lunch and dinner on the training days. It is possible to invoice the investment VAT free because Flow Concepts is CRKBO registered.
