The Team Flow Game is a board game developed by Flow Concepts in which you make team members aware in game form of the elements for both individual flow and team flow!
Through a series of fictitious rounds of play, the players of the game get to know each other better in relation to working together. They do this by constantly reflecting on both the personal task environment and that of the team as a whole. Thus, one must bring both oneself and the team into a flow. There are several conditions for this, and so we play with them in the Team Flow Game.
In the final round, we move to the team’s actual situation. We then visualize the real collaboration climate and try to boost it through brainstorming with the Team Flow Canvas. In this way, the team actually creates for itself an optimal collaborative climate—a climate where fun, challenge, and performance go together!
The Team Flow Game is designed so that the team can continue to optimize their mutual cooperation with the Team Flow Canvas afterwards. In fact, the playing boards of the Team Flow Game remain in the possession of the team after playing. This means that each team member receives a scoreboard to continually evaluate the personal task environment and the team as a whole, the team flow climate. In addition, a version of the Team Flow Model and the Team Flow Canvas is left behind, which allows the team to boost its own collaborative climate at any time.
