Team Flow Yoga is an activity in which we will experience flow together by performing mutually dependent yoga exercises. During Team Flow Yoga we create together the conditions for team flow. While performing the joint exercises, participants are enabled to experience flow while performing the personal task in the joint exercise. The exercise allows participants to help each other, support each other in the execution of the individual tasks contributing to the execution of the whole. This makes it easier to experience flow individually and thus also to get into team flow with each other more easily.
