Graffiti Flow Jam

The Graffiti Flow Jam creates and strengthens collective ambition through a unique and fun team-building activity. Together with a professional artist, team members design positive symbols for their identity. These symbols are connected by the artist into a design, after which the team realizes the artwork in a graffiti workshop. The end result is a lasting work of art on a wall or wooden boards that powerfully communicates the team identity and ambition. A creative experience with a lasting reminder of what the team stands for!

The Graffiti Flow Jam is used to create/strengthen a collective ambition. In doing so, it works as a unique experience and a fun team building activity. The end result is a lasting work of art, created with the support of a professional artist!

We begin with an inspiration session in which team members are challenged to come up with positively charged symbols for the team’s identity. These include metaphors, words and inside jokes. Individual team members collectively draft the symbols. By one of our affiliated spray paint artists, these are connected into a design.

Then the graffiti workshop and execution starts, where the team will work on the final result. This with support and finishing touches from the spray can artist so that it looks great no matter what. 😉

The end result can be realized either on a wall or on wooden boards. The (wall) painting thus becomes a customized amplifier of the collective ambition. A fun experience with an afterwards lasting reinforcement of what the team stands for!
