This training is designed for anyone who wants to learn more about the science behind flow and team flow and its application to the practice of professional organizations. Participants are often a mix of entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, trainers, organizational consultants, HRM/HRD professionals, creative professionals, etc.
Training form
This training is offered online through a series of online master classes and then four one-on-one coaching sessions with Dr. Jef van den Hout using online e-learning modules, a community platform, an online knowledge base with literature and practical tools.
What does it provide?
In summary, this training will provide you with the following:
- Scientific knowledge about flow and team flow and related theories from (positive) organizational psychology, group dynamics, and innovation science.
- Practical work forms and (AI) tools (e.g. Team Flow Canvas, Team Flow Monitor, Personal Flow Monitor, TeamFlow App, Task Flow Performance Plan) for creating an optimal collaborative climate. The tools developed by Flow Concepts are also free to use for a year!
- An inspiring e-learning and a knowledge base with all the study materials.
