Certified Masterclass in Team Flow Dynamics (15-01-2026, Nederlands, Tilburg)

Thank you for the fine kickoff of the Team Flow training! The day was inspiring and relaxing, with a nice group of people. Getting to know each other was very pleasant. The tour of the TU/e was also fun, and I am very impressed with (the new version of) the game. I think it offers fantastic opportunities to make teams work better together. I am looking forward to making the teamflow mindset my own in the near future.

When I was alerted to the TeamFlow training at the beginning of this year, I had not previously looked at the content of the word Flow. Of course I used it sometimes, but without much meaning behind it. Now I know that I experience Flow regularly and this training has given me the insight that Flow is a very powerful tool. It is beautiful that something so simple and also natural, has so much power. That I now know how to steer Flow and that I can inspire my team from a very practical model and bring them into this way of experiencing.

An inspiring and relaxed start with a great group. The updated game left a strong impression and shows great potential for improving collaboration. I'm excited to further embrace the team flow mindset in the coming period.

Before this training, I knew little about flow. Now, I recognize and experience it regularly. I’ve learned how powerful flow can be, how to influence it, and how to guide my team into it using a practical model. A truly valuable discovery!
