LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for Team Flow

Want to create an optimal collaborative environment where your team experiences flow on a regular basis? Then use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®! This workshop lets participants build answers to team flow issues with LEGO® building pieces. By building, sharing, and deliberating, you’ll work together to solve problems and make decisions. In doing so, you create a powerful and playful way to achieve team flow. Build a team in flow together!

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a communicative and problem-solving process in which participants are presented with different issues that are explored in increasing depth. Using Lego building blocks, each participant builds his or her own answer to the issue related to achieving team flow. On this basis, information is shared, problem-solving discussions are held, and decisions are made.

Thank you for the fine kickoff of the Team Flow training! The day was inspiring and relaxing, with a nice group of people. Getting to know each other was very pleasant.
