He did this based on his experiences with the Solar Team Eindhoven, among other things. The reason we started exploring team flow was, of course, prompted by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi who introduced the concept of flow in 1975. In this blog, we will explain the concept of flow and introduce some of the reasons why experiencing flow is so important when working together in a team.
