What does this tool entail?
The Team Flow Monitor is a scientifically validated measurement tool that measures the 11 elements necessary for team flow, distinguished into conditions and characteristics of the experience. This tool analyzes the presence of these elements and other relevant performance measures. The questionnaire is provided digitally and takes an average of 15 minutes to complete. There is also a Team Flow Quick Scan, a shorter version (5 minutes completion time), which is part of the TeamFlow® App and is best used after an earlier completion of the Team Flow Monitor under the guidance of a certified Team Flow Coach.
What does it do?
The Team Flow Monitor determines whether and to what extent the conditions for team flow are present and whether the team actually experiences (team) flow while working. In addition, it measures performance indicators to evaluate whether optimizing the team flow climate leads to better (team) performance. The Team Flow Quick Scan provides a quick snapshot of team flow.
What does it provide?
The Team Flow Monitor provides insight into the factors that contribute to or hinder team flow. This insight, often obtained as part of a Team Flow process, enables teams to optimize their collaboration and work environment. By combining the Team Flow Monitor or Quick Scan with the Personal Flow Monitor or Quick Scan and other variables, we can tailor a Flow Dashboard for each team or organization, resulting in improved (team) performance and effectiveness.
