Flow Concepts had the honor of wrapping up Heineken’s annual Global Production Gathering with a powerful program focused on experiencing and applying “flow” and “team flow”.

Inspiration session: Dr. Jef van den Hout PDEng provided an interactive session in which the theory around flow was linked to the practice of their own team(s) in an accessible and inspiring way. Participants received concrete tools, such as the Task Flow Performance Plan and the Team Flow Canvas, to use in their own work the next day to increase flow.
Team Flow Experience: Led by musician Michiel Westerhuis, the 45 participants experienced an energetic “Team Flow Experience. Through interactive and musical activities, including a Cup Song Energizer and Brazilian Percussion, participants experienced the power of flow in collaboration.

The result was a memorable and impactful conclusion to the event, where participants were not only inspired, but also given concrete tools to apply the principles of flow in their daily work.
