About the Team Flow Game
The Team Flow Game is a board game developed by Flow Concepts in which you make team members aware of the elements of the Team Flow model in game form. Through a number of fictional game rounds, the players of the game get to know each other better in relation to working together. The last round is about the participants’ own collaborative climate and the aim is to create an optimal collaborative climate for team flow.
