We know from research that the conditions for team flow greatly increase the likelihood of experiencing team flow. To increase the presence of these conditions, it makes sense to measure them regularly within a team and then discuss how to maintain or improve them, depending on the scores. To make measurement and discussion as efficient and user-friendly as possible, we developed the TeamFlow® App and tested it within several engineering teams at Lightyear.
