    Day 1: Team Flow Fundamentals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    • Morning:<\/strong> Introduction to flow and team flow theory within positive organizational psychology. Emphasis is on the scientific foundations and the six building blocks of team flow. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Afternoon:<\/strong> Participants play the Team Flow Game<\/strong> and participate in a Team Flow Experience<\/strong> to experience the theory in practice. We reflect on this experience using the Team Flow Model<\/strong> and the use of the TeamFlow\u00ae App<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The day ends with a communal dinner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Day 2: How to Spark Team Flow<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • Morning:<\/strong> Instruction on using the Team Flow Canvas<\/strong> as a kickstarter for new projects. You will learn how to guide teams through the first phase of a team flow project. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Afternoon:<\/strong> We discuss basic interventions and the use of tools such as the Team Flow Quick Scan<\/strong> and Team Flow Monitor<\/strong> to improve collaborative climate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The master class will conclude with a certificate ceremony and celebratory drinks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Return Day (Online)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        • An online return day is scheduled approximately 3 months after the training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Participants share their experiences and challenges in applying the learned tools in their own practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • There is room to discuss case studies and answer questions. The group discussion provides additional insights and strengthens the community. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          The investment for this master class to become a Certified Team Flow Facilitator<\/strong> is \u20ac 1,900.00 excluding VAT.
