Team flow is when all team members experience flow together while performing their interdependent tasks.
This experience of optimal cooperation arises from the awakening of a collective ambition that then crystallizes into concrete challenging shared goals with task divisions where each is in their power, and experiences cooperation as effortless and energetic.

An introduction
An example of a scientifically proven method for achieving more team flow is the team flow process.
The team flow process starts with some preliminary interviews with team members and, if present, the manager involved.
During an inspiration session, we clarify what team flow is and what it can bring to the team. In addition, we offer the team a team flow experience with a fun team activity.
Next, we deploy theTeam Flow Monitor. This is to visualize the presence of conditions under which team flow occurs.
During a diagnostic session with all team members, we then determine what improvement actions (or interventions) will be put in place to optimize the collaborative climate.
Then the planned improvement actions (interventions) are implemented.
After the improvement actions are completed, the Team Flow Monitor is run again to evaluate the effect of the planned improvement actions. The result of this post-test can be input for new improvement actions through which we activate a team flow cycle.
